Our journey into the nursery business began in the most modest way - right in our own backyard. With only a small patch of land and a handful of trees, we took our first steps into horticulture. Limited start-up funds meant we had to be resourceful, but our determination to succeed fueled our efforts. During our first year, we focused on experimenting and learning everything we could about growing plants. By selling our inventory to local neighbors, we gained valuable experience and built initial relationships within our community.
Recognizing Opportunity
As we became more involved in the local plant scene, we noticed a demand for additional plants in our area. This realization inspired us to establish our nursery with a clear and focused vision: to provide healthier, locally grown trees for our community. By starting small, purchasing wholesale liners and potting them ourselves, we were able to keep our overhead costs low while simultaneously building a reputation for quality and reliability.
